Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Awda account and the data associated with it at any time. You can do it inside the app, or request it here without installing anything.

Delete from inside the app

Open Awda and go to Settings → Delete data. From there you can either clear your stored data or delete your account entirely. Both take effect immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed, submit the form below with the email address you used to sign in. We permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, and email you once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name and email address
• Your prayer logs, streaks and missed-prayer history
• Your prayer-time offsets, settings and preferences
• Any feedback you submitted
• Your authentication record — all sessions are invalidated

Choosing “only my data” on the form clears everything above except the account itself, so you can start fresh with the same login.

What we keep, and for how long

After deletion we retain only what we are legally required to keep — for example transaction and tax records tied to a purchase. These are held for the period required by law and are never used to rebuild your profile.

About your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Manage or cancel your Awda subscription in your Google Play account (or the App Store on iOS).
